Every order is custom made from scratch so please allow 1week to complete the order and an additional week for shipping. Larger orders may require more time and we will notify you via e-mail for your approval prior to begining your order. It is best to order your cookies
2-3 weeks prior to the date needed.

We do our absolute best to protect your cookies in transit as we want them to be perfect upon arrival. Unfortunately once they are in route it is out of our control, we recommend ordering enough cookies so a broken cookie won't ruin your experience. They taste the same....so eat it right away and no one will know!
